The hotel has a fast and secure arrangement with the banks of the river. There is no danger of going downstream.

The hotel's designer Barbil Hirststrom said that it has been taken from Sweden's ancient log-shipping tradition. Construction of the hotel started in 2017. It has not yet been exposed as construction is not completely finished. Its activities will begin in the middle of this year
