NASA headquarters in the name of black women!

The US space agency (NASA) set a rare example against racism. The company has announced the renaming of their headquarters building to a black woman.  

Authorities have decided to rename the NASA headquarters building, according to a report in the Washington Post. The building will be named 'Mary William Jackson'. Mary is the first black African-American woman engineer in the US space agency.  

The agency's administrator, Jim Bridenstein, made the announcement on Wednesday. Mary Jackson began her career at NASA's Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia, in the '50s. Earlier last year, NASA renamed the organization 'Hidden Figures Way'.  

Originally named by NASA in honor of the African-American women who previously worked at NASA.
